So much of the morning is surrounded around coffee: how badly we need it, how quickly we can get it in our bodies and eventually how bad of an idea it was. Based on a regular workday morn-ing for an average adult, this is a fairly precise timeline of how an avid coffee drinker’s body might react to a cup (alright, a few) of morning joe, just before going terribly awry.
