Michael Jordan’s passion for golf is the stuff of legend. He brings the same passion for winning that he displayed on the hardwood to the greens. Jordan even trash-talking former president Bill Clinton when he didn’t tee off from the tips.
And since its his name on the shoes, it should come as no surprise that His Airness now has a pair of Air Jordan sneakers when he takes to the course. The Air Jordan VI has been reimagined as a golf shoe, complete with a waterproof, all leather upper and a plate in the forefoot to keep a golfer stable during his swing, and a grippy outsole to help you grip it and rip it.
It’s the perfect shoe for the golfer that doesn’t want to look like Judge Smails on the course and prefers a little bit more style in his outfit. The Air Jordan VI golf shoe comes in two iconic colorways, the black-and-white “Oreo” version and the white-and-red “Infrared” version.
The VI is also the sneaker that Jordan wore during his first NBA championship run with the Chicago Bulls in 1990-91, so hopefully it will bring some of that winning mojo when you’re standing over a 20-foot putt.
The Air Jordan VI golf shoe sells for $225 and is available on Jordan.com.
