I’m not sure how I reasoned the physics of what I assumed First Class on a plane was like as a kid, but as a middle-class child, I kind of figured there were friendy massuses wandering around aisles that were separated by aquarium tanks and a maybe a two-story jacuzzi for frequent fliers.

Then I boarded a flight as a tween and was confused by the only apparent difference between the upper crust and Economy being arm and leg room. I later learned the food options are a key gap in the class system of air travel. But because you’re usually one or the other, you rarely get the direct comparisons. Well, now you can laugh, groan, and behold the whack vs. the wow of airline food. See how the other half dines among the clouds.
