While the selection is undoubtedly large, the real highlight of Agave is its small but powerful drinks menu. “No triple sec, no sugar, just organic tequila, agave nectar and lime,” says Agave bar manager Bill Baker. “That’s what makes a good margarita.” Agave enhances that simplicity with flavors like jalapeno, sangria and—for its tequila cosmo—cranberry.
