Getting ready for Memorial Day weekend parties with drink recipes is our kind of prepartion, especially when they are incredibly easy to make.

Working with the season in both flavor and temperature, these ice cold drinks will win over even the pugnacious of long-weekend warriors. Sparkling Ice beverages mixed with Santa Margherita wine is a combination perfect for distraction from sunburn and work looming the following week. All of the recipes are fruit based, so it becomes far easier to justify a couple more as opposed to just one.

It’s a holiday: Cut loose.  

Summer Pinot Punch

• 4 Parts Pinot Grigioa
• ½ Part Dry Curacao
• 3 Parts Peach Nectarine Sparkling Ice


Combine over plenty of ice and fresh cut peaches, nectarines and diced honeydew in a pitcher. Garnish glasses with fruit.

Raspberry Peach Prosecco Punch

• 12 oz. frozen raspberriesa
• 2 cups peach nectar, chilled
• 1 bottle of Santa Margherita Prosecco Superiore DOCG, chilled
• Ice


Place frozen raspberries in a large glass pitcher or bowl. Top with the peach nectar and Santa Margherita Prosecco Superiore DOCG. Fill remainder of the pitcher with ice cubes. Stir and serve cold.

Coconut Pineapple Sparkler

• Anejo Rum
• Aloe juice
• Coconut Pineapple Sparkling Ice


Combine ingredients in pitcher with ice, diced pineapple, shaved coconut, strawberries and edible flowers. Rim glasses with pink salt (mild Himalayan).
