It shouldn’t be a surprise that Bill O'Reilly has riled up some folks. The conservative host of the Fox News talk show The O'Reilly Factor can sometimes be brash (even when he was a younger head of hair). So imagine the (not-so-much) bombshell dropped that the FCC had quite a number of formal complaints about the man.

Except they aren’t about what you think they’d be—like, at all.

In its 19-page listing of complaints against O'Reilly and his program, the FCC shows that the host has been accused of everything from lying repeatedly to causing “1 billion a month in storm and earthquake damage to the world for 10 years in a row.”

O'Reilly stands accused of the following:

“false imprisonments”

“election fraud”

“attempted murder”

“refrigerator poisonings”

“advocating [the Ku Klux Klan]”

“soft porn”

“pretending to be family oriented”

“advocating the use of physical violence against anyone perceived to be a racist”
