Bisexuality is on the rise for both men and women in the U.S., a new study conducted by the National Center for Health Statistics claims. However, the survey also found that women were nearly three times more likely to identify as bisexual than men.
Of the 9,100 adults aged 18–44 who took part in the study, 5.5 percent of women and 2 percent of men said they were attracted to other men and women. A similar study conducted between 2006-2010 found only 3.9 percent of women and 1.2 percent of men made the same claim.
However, the number of women claiming to have had sexual contact with another female was much higher, coming in at 17.4 percent (up from 14.2 percent). This seems to confirm my own online video research that I’ve been conducting for well over a decade.
