Eating well and having a good metabolism is one thing, but it’s just as important to stay in good shape by working out regularly. 18 and 20 year olds don’t need to worry as much, but if they don’t take care of their bodies at a young age, then things can start slipping downhill pretty quickly. Britney Spears was a pretty young thing when she burst onto the scene years ago, but she knows what kind of work goes into maintaining an impressive physique. Not to mention the fact that she’s plopped out two boys.

Britney recently posted this picture to Instagram, showing off her impressive flexibility. I’m not exactly sure if this is yoga or pilates or something totally different, but all I do know is that it looks impressive and I would need a lot of assistance to do this myself.

Britney wasn’t the only one getting in on the back-bending action. Danica Patricks decided to take it up a whole other notch, performing a similar pose except without the comfort of the floor for assistance. Check out Danica doing her own version of the backbend, only at a 90 degree angle.
