#KamaSutraSundays: Broke Back Mounting:

“The man who is ingenious and wise, who is accompanied by a friend, and who knows the intentions of others, as also the proper time and place for doing everything, can gain over, very easily, even a woman who is very hard to be obtained.” - *Kama Sutra, Part I, Chapter V: About Classes of Women Fit and Unfit for Congress with the Citizen. *

Up until now we’ve been putting forth the argument that despite its notable age and indecorous though largely unwarranted public image, the Kama Sutra is in fact a standard by which all men should measure themselves. It contains countless verses of timeless advice, puts forth an astonishingly advanced understanding of human psychology and behavior and, as an added bonus, includes a handful of healthy and at times dexterous sex moves for you to try out.

We stand by that. That said, the above quotation is absolute foolishness. The only thing Vatsyayana didn’t include was transcending time and space and walking on water. Of course the man who is ingenious and wise, in the company of friends, telepathic and the perfect fucking gentleman can “gain over, very easily, even a woman who is very hard to be obtained.”

For the rest of us, we better start practicing Broke Back Mounting; if we can’t exude the absolute acme of charm we might as well be tastelessly clever:
