In case you missed it, there was some great coverage of how to keep your breath clean on Buzzfeed today headlined “Here’s Why Your Breath Stinks And How You Can Fix It.” Really well-curated piece that borrowed some from Lifehacker. Everyone loved it. We broke it down for you, Buzzfeed-style, so you can keep your breath fresh, too!
We’ve all been there, amirite?
There is a thing that just does not smell correct
According to Buzzfeed according to Lifehacker, the reason for that not desirable odor, AKA halitosis, is that you’re not imbibing enough water, or you have been staying awake or going from place to place. When you are not hydrated and your body is not doing anything the production of spit is not rapid. Spit is necessary for keeping your main face-opening un-dry and smelling pleasant.
The first thing that Buzzfeed says Lifehacker suggests to get rid of that odor is easy: DRINK H2O.
And, to keep from getting food bits stuck between your chompers, Buzzfeed suggests that Lifehacker suggests that all of us humans should floss on the regular.
Also regularly brush your main, soft movable mouth part like so:
Wash out your main face-hole if you forget to scrub your large soft moveable mouth part or if you forget to force waxed string between your teeth immediately.
If you’re chewing and swallowing a lot of booze, non-bland foods, liquid cow emissions, other non-loose Paleo fare, and candy bars… you’re sexed in the not good breath department.
And igniting plants on fire and sticking them in your mouth will make your breath THE EXACT OPPOSITE OF THE BEST.
You can help prevent not good gasses from passing from your eat-hole by consuming terrible foods that everyone hates.
Also, tiny foods that make worse-tasting foods more palatable will do the trick. Try a bunch of crap you never, ever buy from the store.
