Chrissy Teigen is revered for her off-the-charts sense of humor, notwithstanding general gorgeousness and stellar personality to boot. Just as striking is her ability to speak her mind, especially when provoked.

Teigen was quick to let Fox News know she is not a fan of theirs, after having been tagged in a tweet linking Teigen to the recent United Airlines leggings debacle (in which the airline denied passengers entry determining leggings to be improper clothing).

As a reaction to the incident, Teigen tweeted, “I have flown united before with literally no pants on. Just a top as a dress. Next time I will wear only jeans and a scarf.”

Fox News interpreted this tweet as a statement, sharing a photo of Teigen in red-carpet attire, with the quote plastered in text.

Teigen was unenthused, stating in response “@FoxNews I respectfully ask you please don’t ever tag me in anything, ever. Words cannot explain how much I detest you.”

Naturally, the internet went wild, with some applauding Teigen and others serving up criticism. One troll even received a grand-scale response as Teigen replaced the header of her Twitter page with a screenshot of the rude comment, broadcasting the insult to her 4.33 million Twitter followers while sticking it to the “hater.”

Nonplussed, Teigen moved on quickly, going back to one of her favorite topics: food.

The model and personality shared a number of comical videos relating to Applebee’s and Outback Steakhouse, including a fiasco where Teigen and her mother set a chain of sausages on fire.

One thing is for sure: Teigen’s tweets do not go unnoticed. Seemingly on a streak, Applebee’s was quick to “follow” Teigen, which she noticed immediately, and Outback quickly reacted by offering to teach Teigen the secrets to their Bloomin’ Onion recipe.

Let’s hope she obliges and shares.
