The Converse Chuck Taylor would be a first-ballot unanimous selection if there was a sneaker hall of fame. But even after all these years, Chucks still figure out a way to keep things fresh.

Converse recently released this woven textile version of the Chuck Taylor All Star 1970 Hi. The sneakers are based on a design from the 70s, and instead of the traditional canvas, the uppers features a loose knit chunky yarn. The Chucks also have a vegetable tanned leather toe cap and lining, giving them a more polished look. These are the sneakers you want on your feet as sweater weather approaches.

The Converse Chuck Taylor Woven Textile costs $115 and is available at Bows & Arrows.
