Västerås, Sweden, privateislandsonline.com
If you’re on a budget in Sweden, check out artist and sculptor Mikael Genberg’s crazy underwater hotel concoction dubbed “Utter Inn”. The hotel at first appears as just a typical Swedish-style mini house on the water, but then the bottom transforms into a reverse fishbowl. The 80 square-foot, single-room property is a bit on the quaint side, but it’s a pretty dope way to experience Sweden. And if you’re worried about sharks, the only fish you’ll be next to are pike and perch.
THE MANTA RESORT, PEMBA ISLAND
Zanzibar, Africa, themantaresort.com
The turquoise waters of Zanzibar never looked cooler.
