While Game of Thrones offers many thrills that men can enjoy (brutal violence, sex, people being burnt to death, etc.), there’s a large part of the audience that simply watches to see what Daenerys Targaryen will do next. And while the Mother of Dragons seems capable of almost anything (except pleasing both recently freed slaves and their former masters, as shown in last night’s episode), actress Emilia Clarke cannot do everything at once. This is why HBO needed to hire a body double for Clarke, and their choice was quite excellent.

Her name is Rosie Mac. She was born in the United Kingdom but moved to Spain when she was 10. When she’s not standing in as the Queen of Meereen (which sounds like a nickname Muhammad Ali would come up with), Rosie works as a model. We assume most Dothraki fashion companies would hire Daenerys as the face of their line of coarse tunics as well.

According to Metro, the producers loved Rosie’s work so much on the show that they’ve written her an actual part, as opposed to simply being viewed from the back while Clarke eats a sandwich or something.

Rosie also posts some behind-the-scenes from the making of Thrones, so even you’ll be able to nerd out as well when following her on Twitter or Instagram.

Here she is with actor Michiel Huisman, who plays Daario Naharis on the show.

And her with Tyrion’s body double.

And here are some random shots taken while on the set.

Now we know why all the men around Daenerys always fall in love with her.
