On Instagram earlier today, Demi Lovato revealed that her tropical vacation is coming to an end, which means she’ll no longer be sharing daily swimsuit selfies with her nearly 57 million followers. She kicked the spree off last week with some photos of herself in a cleavage-baring one-piece, preaching the power of self-love.
Lovao took a brief break from swimsuit photos on Thursday to celebrate being named to Time’s list of the 100 Most Influential People. In a glowing profile, Arianna Huffington wrote, “Demi Lovato is a remarkably talented artist and performer. But her courage, honesty and willingness to use her own experiences to help others are what make her a true star.”
On Friday, Lovato switched back to vacation mode as she snapped herself sunbathing in a black-and-white bikini, above. Saturday, she wore a low-cut orange suit that showed off her shapely physique:
In her next photo, she floated on a cherry-shaped raft, just to mix things up:
In all of her recent pictures, Lovato looks content, healthy and relaxed. That’s probably because she’s been on vacation. Today, she shared a photo of herself reclining on a towel in a strappy print bikini and captioned it “Last bikini selfie” with the classic tongue-out emoji.
Well, last one for awhile, at least. What’s next for Lovato? She recently voiced the role of Smurfette in the new movie Smurfs: The Lost Village, and last month, she told the Herald Sun, “I would love to get back into acting, period.” She told the Australian newspaper that her ideal role would be in an action movie. “I do a lot of mixed martial arts training, so anything I can show those skills off in would be fun.” Hollywood, let’s make this happen. In the meantime, watch her put her much-photographed body to use while she takes down her MMA trainer in this clip:
