The pastry chef behind the Cronut is back, and this time he’s onto the sauce. Dominique Ansel has created the Baileys Chocolate-Cherry Cookie Shot—a dark chocolate-cherry cookie, baked into the shape of a shot glass, filled with Baileys chocolate-cherry liqueur, and topped with whipped cream and a cherry. (Ansel fans will recognize this dessert as a boozy version of his Milk and Cookie Shot—a chocolate chip cookie baked into the shape of a shot glass and filled with milk.)

Ansel’s SoHo bakery is handing out the limited-edition shots for free on Sunday, October 5, in honor of Do Something Nice Day. The bakery will start dispensing the sweet treats at four P.M. and will continue through the night until they run out. The line will obviously be insane, but as you wait, Ansel will send butlers around to serve you lobster, caviar and black truffles. That sounds very nice indeed.

For every complimentary cookie shot given away, Ansel and Baileys will make a donation to 100 Good Deeds, a nonprofit that supports women bracelet-makers in Uganda, Zambia, South Africa, Rwanda and Haiti.
