One of the scariest scenarios for people living in skyscrapers is when a fire erupts. Now imagine that exact situation in a 1,100-foot tall building, and things get a lot more serious.

That’s what happened in one skyscraper in Dubai, known as The Torch. Around 2 a.m. local time, a fire erupted around the 51st floor of the building, which is one of the largest residential towers in the world. People on the ground saw debris falling from the sky.

That time apartment building was on fire🔥🔥🔥

The building has 79 floors above the ground, so the fire began pretty high in the tower. Residents say security guards ran from apartment to apartment evacuating the building after the blaze began. The flames eventually even reached all the way to the top of the tower.

Around 4:30 a.m. local time videos shot by residents show the fire going out. There’s no word on what caused the fire or if there were any injuries.

Pretty scary stuff.
