At Mettle in Austin, TX, bartender Mike McMillan has created a his version of the Vesper, a cocktail invented by James Bond.

Ingredients
½ oz. Nolet’s Silver Dry Gin
½ oz. Ketel One Vodka
¼ oz. Kina L’Avion d’Or
Moet Imperial Reserve Cuvée

Combine the gin, vodka and kina in a cocktail tin and shake. Strain into a cocktail glass then top with the cuvée and garnish with a lemon twist.
