Everyone knows the Internet is full of lies and yet, somehow, most people believe things they see on places informal as a self-proclaimed alien’s Twitter account.

This simple truth was demonstrated by Jonny Sun on Twitter yesterday, when he tweeted a mind-blowing “fact” about everyone’s favorite Hollywood family:

Looks like a real Google search and everything! Except, of course, it’s not. Sun used fake middle names so that people would “realize” that the names of Will and Jada’s children, Willow and Jaden, were created using their parent’s first and middle names. (It’s not fake, obviously, that the names Willow and Jaden come from the first few letters of their megastar parent’s first names).

Without fail, accounts ripped off Sun’s joke, as people on the Internet are sadly wont to do:

But the best part is all the people who chastised Sun for not “realizing” this thing that is not real, sooner.

Let this be a lesson to not believe everything you read on the Internet, kids.

The most important thing to come out of this may be the fact that Will Smith’s first name is indeed ‘Willard.’ Sun didn’t make that part up.
