Gisele Bündchen is best known as a supermodel, but she’s been showing off another talent on Instagram recently: boxing. She trains with Japanese MMA fighter Tateki Matsuda, and her latest video shows her breaking in the new boxing gloves he gave her for Christmas.
The custom-made gloves are designed to look like the flag of Bündchen’s native country, Brazil, and are embroidered with her name in Japanese kanji.

Back in November, the 36-year-old model shared another video of herself throwing punches and kicks at Matsuda, calling it “one of the most fun ways to release stress.”
Bündchen told People that she exercises every day, including five intense workouts a week. When she’s not sparring, doing yoga or pilates or using resistance bands, she sometimes shares photos that are just plain hot:
