If you’re like me, you use a GPS app to get pretty much anywhere you need to go. Even if I’m 99 percent confident that I know how to get there, I’ll often just map it to be safe and who knows, maybe there’s a quicker or easier route than the one I had in mind. Some use iOS Maps while others prefer Waze, but I have a feeling a lot more people are about to jump over to Google Maps.

As reported on Android Police, Google is about to update their software to include parking information. That’s right—not only will the app get you to your destination in the fastest time possible, but it will also let you know what parking frustrations await you. For now, it’ll just be able to tell you if parking in the area is “easy,” “medium” or “limited.” However, Google is hoping that after a bit of time and enough user data, they’ll be able to show you exactly where to find a spot.

Now if only Google Maps could do something about all this traffic.
