This Graph Reveals the Best Way to Give (Most) Women an Orgasm

Men are simple creatures, and we don’t need a graph to tell women how to make a guy orgasm. On the other hand, women are a whole different ballgame.

It was recently reported that in a 2009 study, the National Survey of Sexual Health and Behavior asked almost 2,000 US adults, 18-59, about their last sexual encounter. The study found that men orgasmed 91 percent of the time and women orgasmed 64 percent of the time during sexual encounters.

Despite the large percentage gap, 85 percent of men from the study claimed their partners orgasmed, which is significantly higher than the actual amount of women who said they had. So, either their partner faked it or they’re lying—take your pick.

Luckily, among orgasms, the study also looked at what acts people engaged in and if they were able to achieve an orgasm during it. Unsurprisingly, men’s results didn’t change too much—they’re simple, remember—while the women’s did change.

According to the graph, nearly 64 percent of women had an orgasm during partner masturbation, 81 percent had one after receiving oral sex and 94 percent said they orgasmed when they received anal sex. However, only 31 percent of women said they actually had anal sex. But, the best way to get a woman to orgasm? Mix it up.

The study also states that performing five different acts—whatever you please—in one session showed 89 percent of women surveyed climaxed. So guys, take note: As long as you switch things up, your girlfriend will stop faking it and you’re probably going to start having a pretty good sex life.
