The nice thing about sushi is that it tends to lean on the healthier side. However, if you’re master sushi chef Hiroyuki Terada of NoVe Kitchen and Bar, you may want a challenge. I mean, if you can already, say, slice up a score of vegetables with ease while blindfolded (see below), why not try the spongy breakfast dessert masterpiece that is the doughnut? On a recent episode of his series Will It Sushi?, Hiroyuki proved he could even make sushi rolls out of boxes of Dunkin’ Donuts.
