October marks National Breast Cancer Awareness Month, a serious campaign to offer support to those affected by breast cancer and information to men and women on how to check yourself and your loved ones for signs of the disease. While this video is no substitute for examinations by a qualified physician, performing at-home checks monthly is an important routine to develop as well as a way to bring you and your partner closer together.

Get easy tips on how to perform a breast examination from our beautiful girls Cybergirl Yevgeniya Diordiychuk and Cybergirl Shantal Monique, and once you’re ready, follow the nine easy steps below.

Step 1: Have your partner lie down on her back without a bra.

*Step 2: *Prop a pillow under one shoulder and raise her arm above her head.

Step 3: Using the pads of your three middle fingers, apply pressure to the breast.

*Step 4: *Using a circular or up-and-down pattern, look for lumps or knots. Make sure to check around the nipple for any irregularities.

*Step 5: *Start off gently and increase the pressure.

*Step 6: *Repeat steps 2 to 5 on the other side.

Step 7: After you’ve thoroughly examined her, have her stand up.

*Step 8: *Look for any unusual dimpling or puckering on her breasts.

*Step 9: *Have her bend forward for other visual signs.

Be sure to repeat these steps every month. You should know her breasts too!
