There is a spot in the Hollywood Hills that has played host to some of the most absurd, out-of-control, is-this-real-life celebrity parties you could possibly imagine, and there’s now a neighborhood effort to shut it down, according to The Hollywood Reporter, which recently called it “The Most Notorious Party House in L.A.”
That title is beyond deserved and still, somehow, a bit understated for the party palace on Weidlake Drive.
It’s hard to wrap your head around just how big this place is, because, for starters, there are actually multiple mansions on the property. So even if you’ve spent your life as an MTV Cribs, Mega Mansions, and Million Dollar Listing junkie, you’d still be impressed. And if you’ve never been an enthusiast of television programs about homes you’ll never be able to afford, prepare to be floored. The compound is 46,000 square feet, and it features four homes, altogether sporting 32 bedrooms and 51 bathrooms.
Big names rent the homes, with Justin Bieber as a past tenant and The Weeknd as a current one. The neighbors, however, are out-of-their-mind sick of the place. More than 90 cops calls later, with complaints ranging from public urination to “an unpermitted lion,” the turf battle of wild nights vs. peaceful evenings has the property’s owner, developer Danny Fitzgerald, ready for anything.
“They don’t want anyone building, they don’t want anyone having fun, they don’t want anyone filming,” Fitzgerald has said. “I call them a vigilante group. Tell them to buy my houses!”
If they were to do just that, the compound’s up for a cool $50 million.

It’s insane at night… …epic during the day… …and a scene the morning after.
