The Sony Playstation Network unveiled the trailer for Powers, the online gaming platform’s first stab at scripted original programming. The series is based on a Brian Michael Bendis comic and stars District 9’s Sharlto Copley.
An exec from Marvel TV moderated a panel discussion featuring the cast and creators of Netflix’s upcoming Daredevil series. Charlie Cox (Boardwalk Empire), Deborah Ann Woll (True Blood), and Vincent D'Onofrio (The Judge) were among the panelists discussing their respective roles in the ever-expanding Marvel Universe. News broke that Rosario Dawson will also be making an appearance on the show.
Director-producer Len Wiseman made some vague but potentially buzzworthy pronouncements about the Underworld franchise that he helped to originate back in 2003. There are likely, at least, two more sequels on the way and a TV series in development. Kate Beckinsale may even reprise her role as the original foxy Death Dealer Selene for one of the films.
