Combine the Aegean sea in Greece, a giant cliff and concrete and you get this futuristic architectural marvel that’s suitable for a modern James Bond. Known as ‘casa brutale,’ this residence designed by OPA shows how truly badass it would be to live in a house carved out into a cliff somewhere in Greece. It rivals Bruce Wayne’s Bat Cave (minus the cars), and I’m okay with that.

Encased by the surrounding earth, casa brutale is constructed with materials such as wood, glass and concrete. The design is a testament to aesthetics, structure, function and incredible engineering.

Okay yes, it’s a conceptual design that isn’t exactly built yet, but that doesn’t make it any less cool.
