“Rowdy” Ronda Rousey has been quiet lately, avoiding the press as she prepares to return to the ring in tonight’s UFC match against Amanda Nunes.

Instead, she’s letting her Instagram speak for her. Rousey recently shared a side-by-side shot comparing the way her body looked five days before the February 2015 fight in which she beat Cat Zingano in 14 seconds with the way it looks now.

We’ll find out tonight if Rousey has what it takes to beat Nunes, but we can say with extreme confidence that it looks like she’s up to the challenge. Over the past two weeks, she has posted a series of ferocious black-and-white images of herself in training. Most of them are captioned only with hashtags, including #FeartheReturn, but yesterday she included a message to her fans: “Thank you everyone who came out to support at the weigh-ins today. Looking forward to proving you all right tomorrow. It’s going to be the happiest New Year ever.“
