Some dude in Russia has plans to build a home that is the exact replica of the pink house featured for more than 25 years on “The Simpsons.”

And the 35-year-old man will live in it with his wife and child, according to The Moscow Times.

The house will only cost the Russian equivalent of about $80,000, which is pretty cheap and probably worth it, unless he ends up with a neighbor as annoying as Ned Flanders.

Surpisingly (maybe), this isn’t the first time someone has copied the infamous, fictional Springfield home.

In 1997, Fox and Pepsi put on a contest that involved building the house in Nevada and then raffling it off to a winner. However, the winner took a cash prize instead of the home, and the structure has since been remodeled.
