Top Ten Lists, Stupid Pet Tricks, the CBS Mail Bag: These Letterman bits are all gone forever. Oh well, I guess we’ll have to settle for Seth Meyer’s celebrity “Desk Swipe.”

Meyers, who currently occupies Letterman’s old desk at Late Night, asked his guests to act out the “desk swipe” trope which is so often found in film and television. He then spliced the scenes together as a super cut.

After viewing it, two things stand out: First, Colin Quinn is funny, but he still can’t act worth a damn. Second, The Muppets are still awesome.
