When having guests over for a party, it’s a real pain in the ass to mix a bunch of individual cocktails, especially if its a holiday party where you’re probably trying to get out all the appetizers and dinner at the exact same time. So save yourself some time and give this holiday-themed punch a try. It’s a mix of cranberry and spices, lifted with the effervescence of a good sparking wine.

15 oz. cranberry juice
5 oz. spiced syrup (nutmeg, clove)
5 oz. grenadine
750 ml. bottle of Chandon Blanc de Noirs

Combine all ingredients in a punch bowl, add ice and top with sparking wine. Garnish with fresh berries and lemon slices.
