The latest trailer for Star Wars: Battlefront teases its most interesting battle—one that hasn’t been seen anywhere in Star Wars before.

In the new Star Wars continuity, the Battle of Jakku was a big throw-down between the New Galactic Republic, the government formed by the Rebel Alliance post-Endor, and some remnant of the Imperial Fleet. In the trailers for the upcoming Star Wars: The Force Awakens, all those shots of crashed Star Destroyers and other ships in the desert are leftovers of that battle.

The Battle of Jakku takes place 29 years before the events of The Force Awakens, but you’ll be able to experience it first-hand in Star Wars: Battlefront later this month. In fact, Jakku is the only portion of the game that takes place after the continuity of the original films, and it seems as though Battlefront is the only place you’ll actually be able to experience the battle, since it’ll be long over in the timeline of the film.

The only bummer is, there’ll be no Darth Vader to slice up rebels in Jakku—although it’d be pretty hilarious to get a post-Return of the Jedi version with his mask off. Hard to be an intimidating Dark Lord when you look like an old man crossed with a hard-boiled egg.
