Halo 5’s soundtrack marks a change for 343 Industries, the studio that took over the franchise from creator Bungie with Halo 4. As Engadget reports, Halo 4 moved from long-time franchise composer Marty O’Donnell to Neil Davidge and the group Massive Attack—but Halo 5s soundtrack is composed by Kazuma Jinnouchi, an in-house member of the 343 team who has experience with the Metal Gear Solid series. It’s interesting to follow the shift in Halo’s musical stylings over the years, especially when you can listen to the new soundtrack yourself.
