Before a steamy shower scene, then subsequently ending the video with a feline transformation, Teana Taylor exhibits a perfectly cut physique, leaving eyes to wonder what her off-screen workout routine might entail.
Well, question no more, as Taylor has just debuted her “Fade2Fit” Workout Program, so you, too, may at least [attempt])(https://www.fade2fit.com/) to “get your dream body now.” Here Taylor poses in F2F gear.
The model, actress, dancer, and choreographer, has created a workout program (90 day course, tailored meal plans, a workout calendar, dance routines, and more) that may be streamed (meaning you can work out anywhere) to provide ultimate convenience.
The stunning Harlem, New York native, who is married to Cleveland Cavaliers guard Iman Shumpert, ramped up her body-sculpting goals following the birth of her daughter in June 2015.

Serving as 2017’s answer to the Flashdance’s 1983 Jennifer Beals, Taylor based much of the workout provided by Fade2Fit on dance moves, many of which were performed on “Fade.”
