According to a study conducted at the University of Colorado Boulder, believing you are having more sex than your friends and neighbors plays a significant role in happiness and an active sex life. The polling of 15,386 people showed that those who had sex at least two to three times a month were way happier than those who had little to no sex over the past 12 months, and those who were having sex but believed they were having less sex than their friends were equally unhappy. “There's an overall increase in the sense of well-being that comes with having sex more frequently, but there's also this relative aspect to it.
