As you may have already heard, Disney and Lucasfilm are developing a Star Wars spinoff movie that will focus on a young Han Solo, and since the flick is due in 2018, the studios are doubtless already at work deciding who will play this new version of the galaxy’s favorite scruffy-lookin’ Nerf herder.

Obviously we won’t know for sure who will play young Han until Disney and Lucasfilm announce it, but it turns out clues might already be hiding on the internet. The official Star Wars Twitter account has begun following former Breaking Bad star Aaron Paul, which wouldn’t seem like a big deal if it weren’t for the fact that—according to Radio Times—the Star Wars account follows fewer than 400 people, and all of them are tied to Star Wars in some way. That, plus rumors that have been around for months tying Paul to the Han Solo role, is enough to convince portions of the internet that there’s fire behind this particular smoke.

But is there? It’s really hard to say. Paul could certainly play Han Solo (he’s roughly the same age now that Ford was when he first played the role), but he could also be in line for any number of other Star Wars projects. And, of course, there’s always the possibility that Twitter is just Twitter, and we shouldn’t make such a big deal out of it.

Lucasfilm’s Han Solo movie arrives May 25, 2018, with or without Paul.
