Receiving a signature sneaker is a very big deal. Especially when you are a renowned sneakerhead like New York Giants wide receiver Victor Cruz. Cruz hasn’t played a down of football for the Giants this season as he recovers from a calf injury, but he is still moving ahead with the release of the Nike Air Trainer Cruz and recently posted a photo of the celebrities who would be receiving their pairs before everyone else.

The image, taken in Cruz’s enormous sneaker room, shows 21 pairs of Air Trainer Cruz boxes with Post-It notes attached to them with the names of their future owners. Seven hip hop artists will be receiving pairs, including Jay Z, Drake, Action Bronson, Fabolous, Travis Scott, Wale, and Swizz Beatz. (Another pair is designated for Swizz’s son. Lucky bastard.) Most of the remaining sneakers are destined for fashion designers, such as Ariel and Shimon Ovadia of Ovadia & Sons, Ronnie Fieg of Kith, Ricardo Tisci of Givenchy, John Elliott, Phillip Lim, and stylist Rachel Johnson.

The sneakers themselves are reminiscent of the original Nike Air Trainer made famous by Bo Jackson. Cruz’s spin on the lifestyle sneaker features a strap on the midfoot and the heel and a quilted pattern on the rear of the shoe.

The only other athlete who’s name is on a box is LeBron James. So it looks like Cruz’s Giants teammates are SOL. Sorry, Eli.
