New York Giants wide receiver Victor Cruz isn’t having the NFL season he was expecting. Cruz was placed on injured reserve last month after tearing his patella tendon in a game against the Philadelphia Eagles. If there is a bright side to the salsa dancing wideout’s injury-shortened season, it’s that Cruz gets to spend more time in his impressive sneaker closet.

Ronnie Fieg, Cruz’s friend and the founder of Kith, posted the above picture to Instagram yesterday (before the Giants lost to the Dallas Cowboys 31–28) with the caption “Had to shoot my brother @teamvic in his new sneaker closet. Crazy.”

Cruz’s closet is lined on three sides with five backlit shelves that highlight his impressive collection. He has even stacked kicks on top of the shelving unit to accomodate all the pairs. There is even a marble island in the center for him to lay out his footwear options. Cruz, who signed a $43 million contract extension with the Giants in 2013 and is sponsored by Nike, has amassed some highly coveted sneakers. A closer inspection of Fieg’s post reveals Air Yeezys, Nike x Ricardo Tisci Air Force 1s, and a whole bunch of Nike Foamposites. So Cruz should have plenty of footwear options as he goes through physical therapy to rehab his knee.
