On Monday, Justin Bieber posted a mysterious tweet with a list of women’s first names, and the internet noticed that the six names all belonged to Victoria’s Secret Angels. It turns out he wasn’t just tweeting a list of women he finds attractive—he was hinting about who’d be appearing in a special music video for his new song, “2U,” a collaboration with DJ and music producer David Guetta.
The new video features Jasmine Tookes, Stella Maxwell, Romee Strijd, Martha Hunt, Sara Sampaio and Elsa Hosk. Several of the Victoria’s Secret Angels shared clips of themselves lip syncing to Bieber’s lyrics earlier in the week, and the full video was released at midnight. Watch the six women perform “2U” while modeling an upcoming Victoria’s Secret collection.
It’s always fun to see hot models dancing around in their underwear, but Guetta admits the video is basically an ad for Victoria’s Secret. He told MTV UK, “It’s amazing to have the Victoria’s Secrets girls, but I also wanted something that’s not branded, you know? But this is amazing; I’m very flattered that they’re doing this.”
The single debuted at the top of Billboard’s Trending 140 chart, which ranks the “fastest moving songs shared on Twitter in the United States.” It already has over 3.2 million views on YouTube, thanks in part to these beauties:
