The creatives behind Discommon and James Brand share a love of surfing, so when it came time for the two brands to work together, incorporating the ocean was a no-brainer. Modifying James Brand’s popular folding knife, the Chapter, the collaboration features a titanium and aluminum handle that has been machined to look like an incoming swell of waves. The pattern isn’t just for aesthetics. It also contributes to the ergonomic way the knife, which has a 2.33-inch satin-finished blade, rests in your hand.
ROGUE YELLOW SNOW IPA

The fruit-forward brew was first introduced in 2002 and has taken first place at the World Beer Championships. Starting November 1, Yellow Snow IPA will be available in 16-ounce cans for the first time making it the perfect beer to throw in a backpack for some winter adventures.
MERCEDES-BENZ CONCEPT X-CLASS

Yes, what you see before you is a truck. A truck with Mercedes-Benz’s famous three-pointed star emblem on it. To eliminate the only real gap in Mercedes’ roster of automobiles, the automaker revealed a new concept, the X-Class family of pickup trucks. Consisting of two vehicles, a stylish explorer and powerful adventurer (above), they aim to be the first premium pickup. But they are more than just luxury vehicles. Mercedes says the trucks will have a V6 diesel engine and be capable of carrying 1.1 tons in their beds and towing 3.5 tons. And unlike most concept vehicles, Mercedes has actual plans to put a version of the X-Class into production starting in 2017.
Skullcandy’s new Barricade speaker is reasonably-priced enough that if it broke, you wouldn’t be heartbroken. But good luck breaking it. The speaker measures 4.6 x 3.7 inches and can take a beating.
