There’s a German man who lives in Los Angeles named Martin Riese, and he’s a water sommelier. You read that right. As decreed by the German Mineral Water Trade Association, Riese is fit to taste and judge water professionally. He’s designed a career around it, too: The Los Angeles County Museum of Art’s restaurant, Ray’s and Stark Bar, now has a 40-page water menu courtesy of Riese. Of course, Riese has his own branded water called 90H20.

In this glorious video, the water sommelier serves his particular brand of luxury to Diplo and 2 Chainz, who approach Riese and his fancy water with all the skepticism they should.
