In Kanye West’s “Fade” music video, Teyana Taylor showed off her incredibly fit bod by dancing around in a gym. In real life, her exercise routine doesn’t require a gym membership or special workout equipment — she stays in shape by dancing. Taylor demonstrates some of the moves that get her blood pumping in a new Vogue video. She kicks off her shoes, jumps out of her floor-length gown, and dances from room to room at a suite in the Waldorf Astoria. Check it out:
While most of that is straight-up dancing, Taylor manages to work in a few crunches, push-ups, and bicep curls. It turns out, this video is a teaser for her next project. Next month, she’s launching a streaming workout video series called Fade 2 Fit. She told Vogue, “I wanted to share my secret and show everybody how I get my body.” If her new workout series looks anything like this Vogue video, we have a feeling it’ll be very successful.
