I’m sure everyone involved in this video wished they’d stayed home that day.

Here’s what happened, according to the video’s description:

A small plane, carrying skydiving students and their instructor, made a emergency landing on a busy highway overpass was caught on video released by the Stafford Police Department in New Jersey.

The video, capturing the incident on Sunday morning, shows a single-engine plane flying above the highway just before it veers a little to the left and safely lands onto a grass median between the east- and west-bound lanes of Route 72 in Stafford Township.

An initial investigation suggested the small plane lost power, which forced the pilot to make an emergency landing, Stafford Township Police wrote on Facebook.

The plane was carrying students from Skydive East Coast skydiving school in nearby West Creek, New Jersey, police said, adding that one skydiving instructor was treated for a small cut on his arm, though no other injuries were reported and no vehicles were involved..

Officers at the scene closed the left lanes on Route 72 in both directions for about 90 minutes while the scene remained under investigation, police said.

The investigation has been turned over to the Federal Aviation Administration, according to Stafford Township police.
