Though Sean Connery might remain the very best James Bond in the hearts of most fans, Roger Moore was still damn good in the role. He was a more gentlemanly Bond, a subtler Bond (for the ‘70s, anyway), and a star who carried the franchise longer than any other actor so far, playing everyone’s favorite spy for more than a decade.

Mars VFX took advantage of the wealth of footage generated by Moore through his seven Bond films to create a mash-up trailer in which the James Bond confronting the evil organization in the upcoming Spectre is not Daniel Craig, but instead Moore, who blends into the new film’s action sequences and dialogue thanks to lots of footage from The Spy Who Loved Me, with a bit of Live and Let Die and A View to a Kill thrown in. It’s not entirely seamless, but it is a reminder of how great Moore was as Bond.
