All because I didn’t want to ditch the technogy everyone will be using in the next 6 months. Do what you want kids. pic.twitter.com/7F0KIQgFrA— Cameron (@wizkhalifa) August 23, 2015
Well, as Back To The Future: Part II predicted, hoverboards are all the rage in 2015—but maybe not the way we all hoped. On his way home from a European tour yesterday, Wiz Khalifa got detained by U.S. Customs and Border Patrol at Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) for refusing to step off his hoverboard.
Things didn’t go smoothly, as several cops put Khalifa to the ground demanding he stop resisting while the 27-year-old rapper insists he’s not. Later, also because this is 2015, we get a full recap on Twitter.
Haven’t been slammed and cuffed in a while. That was fun.— Cameron (@wizkhalifa) August 22, 2015
