There are a lot of concerns about online privacy now that people realize that everything they do can actually be seen by anybody. And Google is one of the biggest perpetrators of privacy violations. So it’s about time somebody stood up to them.
One Australian woman decided to take the fight to the streets. Literally. When a Google street view car drove by her house, she flashed the camera in an act of defiance.
Apparently her act wasn’t as much of a protest as much as…she just wanted the Internet to see her boobs. She told her local newspaper, “I look at Google Maps a lot and I wanted to be on there and I thought this is the way to do it. I got to tick something else off my bucket list.” Well, that’s certainly one of the weirdest bucket lists we’ve ever heard.
For any of her critics, she said, “Haters hate, you got the guts to do it? All the flat-tittie chicks think I am disgusting. Big-boob envy has hit Port Pirie.”
Well, at the very least someone at Google had to find a way to blur out her boobs. So, we’ll call this a tie in the ongoing war between the People and the World’s Most Popular Website.
