DC’s Justice League won’t assemble (wait, is that purely an Avengers thing?) on the big screen until November next year, but a new image shows three of the “World’s Greatest Super-Heroes™” together, facing danger with… well, quite a bit of trepidation, actually.

The image, debuted at Entertainment Weekly, shows the Flash (Ezra Miller), Batman (Ben Affleck) and Wonder Woman (Gal Gadot) staring off camera at something that seems to have at least a couple of the heroes a little surprised, and a little daunted at the same time. (Batfleck, of course, looks suitably disgruntled by everything.)

EW also has Miller talking about his version of the superhero speedster, likening him to everyone’s least favorite Beatle, Ringo Starr. “He annoys everybody, but he doesn’t have any specific beef with anyone,” the actor says, before going on to call Aquaman “Uncle Fish Curry” and Batman “Dad.” Nah, can’t see why that would be annoying at all.

Wonder Woman escapes Miller’s scorn, which makes a nice change; recently, the character has accidentally become a figure of controversy after being dropped by the United Nations as an honorary ambassador promoting gender equality after a petition got almost 45,000 signatures protesting her selection. Gadot addressed the issue, telling Time Magazine, “There are so many horrible things that are going on in the world, and this is what you’re protesting, seriously?”

Justice League will be released November 17.
