"When it's time to party we will always party hard." Andrew W.K. lives and breathes his musical mantra: Onstage he's a brain-rattling, scissor-kicking madman, wielding the mike stand like a lethal weapon on the rock and roll battlefield. "My mom is a photographer," W.K. explained. "She had a darkroom in our house, and I got a camera that was just like hers. When I moved to New York, I shot some models for their portfolios. I was 19, and I totally felt like I was getting away with something." How does snapping for Playboy compare? "It's a bit like a surreal dream," he admitted. "In three days I'm going to [smacks his head] and say 'Whoa! Did I really do that?'"
