Last summer, Jenny McCarthy crashed bachelor parties and trained aspiring club dancers in the hit series Party @ the Palms on E! For the show's new fall season, airing Wednesday nights on E!, Jenny ratchets up the comedy factor with sexy movie auditions, pimp and 'ho makeovers, and her own transformation into a pompadoured Elvis.

More than 35 years after Hugh Hefner opened his swanky ongoing cocktail party to America via the syndicated programs Playboy's Penthouse and Playboy After Dark, Playboy has returned to weekly TV with Party @ the Palms. The new E! party show, taped at Las Vegas's ultra-trendy Palms Casino Resort, is a co-production of Playboy's Alta Loma Entertainment. This time, instead of Hef greeting guests such as Nat King Cole, Ike & Tina Turner, Sonny & Cher and Lenny Bruce at the door in his p.j.s, sexily attired Playmate Jenny McCarthy assumes hostess duties. She escorts us past the velvet-roped queues that forever snake through the Palms Casino to where Hollywood's jet set gets away from it all to cut loose: the eye-popping pool lounge Skin where every Tuesday is "Skinnydip Tuesday"; the ultra-exclusive nightclub Rain where gynormous fireballs light up the dance floor; the infamous Real World Suite; the super-private Hugh Hefner suite; and ghostbar, the chill room 55 stories above the strip.

Playboy's famous logo will make its debut on the Vegas skyline early next year when the Palms opens an all-new 40-floor hotel tower with an illuminated Playboy Rabbit Head on the facade. The new entertainment complex will house a Playboy nightclub, boutique casino and lounge, retail store and the two-story rooftop Hugh Hefner Sky Villa, featuring a glass elevator and indoor and outdoor pools. Until then, get primed for the opening by tagging along with Jenny to the clubs where Paris, Nick, Jessica, Leo, Britney and Ben get away to play.

In a video interview, Jenny talks about returning to a new Party @ the Palms.
