As a sports fan, I hate/loathe/detest watching athletes and coaches being interviewed. They almost never say anything worth paying attention to and far too often, the reporters querying them are nitwits (“Do you think you can win tomorrow, Johnny?). All of us would be better off if we never had to watch another one of these again.And maybe if coaches and athletes would be even more brusque, like Bear Bryant was in this gem, the networks would get the idea.
